Pipe Fabricator/Welder
Job Description
  • Pipe cutting, threading, grooving and welding for fabrication.
  • Pull tools and material and delivery to job sites located throughout New Jersey.
  • Some minor auto and tool maintenance and repair.
  • General shop maintenance activities.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must be mechanically inclined.
  • Welding experience including MIG welding required.
  • Fork lift experience and/or operator certification a plus.
  • Valid New Jersey Driver's license required.  Class "A" or "B" CDL a plus.
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs.
  • Must be able to pass drug screening tests.

Fire Alarm Technician (Inspection and Installation)
Job Description
  • Inspection, testing, and installation of fire alarm systems at commercial facilities in accordance with NFPA, local and state codes.
  • Troubleshooting of fire alarm panels to determine origin of trouble and repair of the same.
  • Programming of various panels subsequent to installation activities.
  • Install Fire Alarm systems from a set of plans.
  • Perform inspections, test and repair/replacement of Exit/Emergency Light Units.
  • Other duties may include the inspection of portable fire extinguisher, kitchen suppression systems and various sprinkler systems.
  • Generating reports based on inspection findings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with Fire Alarm inspection, testing, troubleshooting and/or installation.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Honeywell/Firelite/Notifier panels required.
  • Plan reading and interpretation a plus.
  • Conduit bending a plus.
  • Valid New Jersey Driver's license.
  • Knowledge of NFPA standards a plus.
  • Electrical experience a plus.
  • Current NICET certification in Fire Alarms a plus. Applicant will be required to obtain certification with 1st year of employment.
  • Good written and verbal skills.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Must be able to work well on ladders and/or lifts, able to work in crawl spaces and attics, and must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
  • NJ State Fire License a plus.

Fire Sprinkler Service Technician
Job Description
  • Inspection, testing, and installation of fire sprinkler systems, standpipe systems, fire pumps, and clean agent systems at various industrial, commercial and institutional facilities in accordance with NFPA, local and state codes.
  • Perform inspections, test and repair/replacement of fire hose and fire hydrants.
  • Other duties may include the inspection of fire alarm systems, kitchen suppression systems and portable fire extinguishers.
  • Generating reports based on inspection findings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with Fire Sprinkler System inspection, testing, troubleshooting and/or installation.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of all types of sprinkler systems to include wet, dry, deluge, pre-action systems, fire pumps and associated equipment.
  • Plan reading and interpretation a plus.
  • Valid New Jersey Driver's license.
  • Knowledge of NFPA standards a plus.
  • Electrical knowledge with fire alarm panels a plus.

Job Description
  • Inspection, testing, recharging and installation of portable fire extinguishers and/or kitchen suppression systems at commercial facilities in accordance with NFPA, local and state codes.
  • Perform inspection, test and repair/replacement of Exit/Emergency Light units and fire hose.
  • Other duties may include the inspection of fire alarm systems and various sprinkler systems.

  • Experience with both low and high pressure hydrostatic testing equipment a plus.

Fire Sprinkler Designer
Job Description
  • Prepare fire protection design drawings for commercial, institutional and industrial buildings in compliance with applicable codes for submittal & fabrication.
  • Prepare hydraulic calculations and project submittal drawings.
  • Conduct site surveys and attend coordination meetings.
  • Generate cut lists for fabrication and material list for Operations.
  • Generate permit and shop drawings.
  • Maintain project drawings files, drawing library and associated records.
  • Perform minor project management duties to include attending job meetings, writing change orders, RFI's and other job related correspondences.
  • Interact with General Contractor on daily basis as needed per job.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with Fire Sprinkler design.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • AutoCad required and HydroCad preferred.
  • Field experience in sprinkler installation/repair a plus.
  • Knowledge in design and installation of FM-200 and other pre-engineered fire systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of all types of sprinkler systems to include wet, dry, deluge and pre-action systems.
  • Valid New Jersey Driver's license.

Fire Sprinkler Project Manager/Estimator
Job Description
  • Manage all aspects of fire sprinkler installation/repair jobs ranging from $1000 to over $1 Million.
  • Conduct site surveys and generate proposals in accordance with NFPA standards.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings with contractors and other government facilities.
  • Review bid drawings and perform take-offs from drawings to formulate an estimate.
  • Coordinate scheduling of installation and/or repair crews.
  • Conduct site surveys and attend job meetings.
  • Generate cut lists for fabrication and material list for installation or repairs.
  • Maintain project drawings files, drawing library and associated records.
  • Write change orders, RFI's and other job related correspondences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.

Limo Driver/Personal Driver
Must dress the part with dress pants, collared shirt, shoes (suit if wedding/funeral).
Need to open and close doors, load suitcase/bags to and from house to car as well as provide cover via umbrella in bad weather.
Clean car (wash, windows, inside) before runs & empty out (inside bar, garbage, etc.) after runs.
Load with drinks and/or pickup same as necessary (cut limes, etc…).
Be able to use GPS.
Safe driving record & drug free.
Have CPU access/smart phone to accept/confirm runs and receive details of same.
Be reliable and provide a safe enjoyable limo experience.
